Her flexible and intuitive approach draws on a broad range of coaching tools and resources and career management processes to assist individuals and teams to better manage themselves, their priorities, their working relationships and their careers more effectively and to navigate the complex, emergent environments in which they work.
Suzanne has assisted individuals and teams from a broad range of backgrounds, industries and professions in both the public and private sectors, including Higher Education, State and Local Government, Public Health, Legal, Banking and Finance, Utilities, Telecommunications, Publishing, Manufacturing, Automotive and Science and Technology.
This includes provision of Leadership Coaching for Telstra managers as part of their leadership development program and being chosen to work with a Shanghai based company to support the Ford Experienced Leaders Program involving senior managers from seven countries, providing executive coaching for Australian participants since its inception in 2012.
