Marion is grounded in helping leaders, individuals and groups to work through their personal challenges and issues that emerge for people in organisation life. She brings an understanding of how our emotions can impact our effectiveness and block or aide our learning and growth.
Marion’s style is to create a ‘safe’ space to enable leaders and groups to become more self-aware and better equipped to take action both individually and collectively. Through mutual inquiry she helps people develop insight and strategies to build more effective working relationships and outcomes.
Her experience includes:

Group and team facilitation to think strategically, build improved team performance or solve operational performance and problems.

These include Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute, State Trustees, IBM, Ormond College- Melbourne University, The Study Group, Northern Health, Northern Health Education and Research Centre, CFA, Yarra City Council, EY, Cap Gemini, KPMG, Transport Accident Commission and the ANZ Banking Group.
